Default Outlook Express 6 will not start up
When I try to start up Outlook Express it give me this error message.
Could not be started because MSOE.DLL could not be loaded.
I running on Window 98 SE, I have two hard drive Outlook Express and Address
book on my C drive and the email messages on my D Drive. Need help with this
problem.
