Copying contacts into Word
Russ - sorry about the lack of clarity. This is what I do in Outlook 2003...
If I choose Tools | Address Book, the "Address Book" window opens, and if I choose "Show names from
the: Contacts", in the list near the bottom of the window, some of the names are in bold, and if I
right-click on one of these bold names, a list of contacts appears in a new window. This is what I
referred to as a "Contact Group", but maybe I'm using the wrong phrase.

The Outlook Address Book does not use Groups.

I can double-click on a
contact and copy each details into Word using copy and paste, but doing
this for each contact in a
Contact Group (there are hundreds) isn't feasible.
If there's a way to copy and paste the information for all contacts in a
particular Contact Group,
that would be much easier. It doesn't need to be automated.
