Default open v card

If you want to send that way, you need to make sure the message is in rich-text format, and that Outlook is set to allow rich-text messages not to be converted to HTML. Use Tools | Options | Message Format | Internet Options. The other person will need to drag the attachment to their Contacts folder or use File | COpy to Folder.

Alternatively, use Forward as vCard instead of Forward.
