Hi everybody. Hoping somebody has an answer to this.

We are running Exchange 2003. Users have Outlook 2003.

We have a public Calendar setup that everybody can access, to look at
people's availability, etc... Several people have add/modify access,
but most can just view, print, etc...

The problem is that some people forget to look at it. My thought was -
is there a way to send all users an email every time something is
added, deleted, or modified from the public calendar? We are a shop of
18 people, so it's not like people's inboxes would get flooded.

Anybody have any ideas?

Thank you!

JPA
