Thank you Jim and I did drag and drop all the newer emails from my sent
folder to the new folder on my desktop. But now I have a new question.
I am unable to see anything in the new folder and when I went to folder
properties it shows no file and no bytes. I know the files are there
because when I tried to do it over again I got the "do you want to
replace this file" type message.
How will I ever be able to see the files to drag and drop them once I
have the new folder in my desktop?

Try using Windows Explorer to create a folder on your Desktop for Mail
Transfers, then open OE and resize it so that your folder on the Desktop is
visible when open and drag/drop the messages you wish to transfer from any
folder in Outlook Express to that folder on the Desktop. Copy that folder
to any media desired to the laptop and reverse the process. While thing
should take less than 5 minutes.

I am running Win XP Pro S.P. 2 with O.E 6.0.
When I travel, I like to bring my Lap top OE files up to date but I
have not found a way to import just the new files since the last time.
How can I do this.
I have tried creating a new folder with a date bracket in its name (3/4
to 9/7/06 Sent Items). Then I copied all of the emails sent between
those 2 dates and would import only those into my laptop. The trouble
is all those emails are now shown as being from me which is no good.
Please suggest a better way.
