Read the last line of my post. I told you what it means. It means that the
address format in the message you are sending is not recognized by your mail
transport. Since we have no idea what that format is and what your
transport, we cannot help further.

That message indicates that you have not configured your mail account
correctly. Not sure how we can help you with that since only you have
those
instructions.

One of your counterparts mentioned yesterday that I might have
configured
this outlook account incorrectly, but did not say how to fix it.
I have spoken with my peers who have done the same steps to configure
their
outlook to retrieve mail from AKO, and they are not having these
problems.
Any help you can provide is appreciated.

accounts
for which you have not posted enough information for us to
troubleshoot.
State Outlook version, mail account type, address type, steps used to
send
messages, and exact error messages.
