After furious head scratching, mrm1299 asked:
| In Outlook 2003 when creating a meeting and adding an
| attendee,hovering over their free/busy time will show all their
| appointment information. Is this a setting on the Exchange server, in
| users Outlook settings, or permissions? Not all people creating
| meeting requests can see others appointments.
