Hi All,

I am looking for an option to set the message download size for Offline
users with Outlook 2003/Exchange 5.5 users.

Users' mailbox is sitting on exchange 5.5 mailbox and the clients are
configured on Outlook 2003. What we noticed is, while setting up
Send/Receive group the message size is settings are grayed out. However
these options are available when configuring for exchange 2003 mailbox
users.

Kindly advise how to make this settings available for exchange
5.5/Outlook 2003 users. With out these settings, offline users over
slow dialup line can not use outlook effectively.
