Signature font
Hi Bill,
What format do you use for sending (Rich Text (HTML) or Plain Text)? It's
impossible to dictate what the recipient will see using a plain text
signature. These font settings are set by the recipient. Using Plain Text
what you see before sending is transient in nature. If you send using Rich
Text (HTML) would you consider using an HTML file for your signature?

Thanks for replying Mac and Michael
I hadn't got "reply in same format" selected. I tried this and the
signature text was still not the same as the default.,still got
The original signature text was set up in Outlook Express not an imported
HTML file so, unfortunately there is no file to edit.
Any more ideas please why the signature text is in a different font and size
to the one set up in OE when I either 'Reply', 'Reply to Group' or
'Forward'.
Thanks.
