sent items rule
This idea will certainly work, but I can't find a rule condition that will
filter
messages by "sender" or "from" field.
There is such a condition when you choose to check messages when they
arrive, but not when they're sent.
Do you know if there's a workaround for that ?

You have to disable the option to save sent messages in Sent Items and
have two rules, one for the other account, and one for your own account.
