That's not the only thing that is blank.
Create a post with a question that contains sufficient detail in the body of
the post to permit an answer.
You've posted nothing. Always include Outlook version and the complete steps
that produce the behavior you think is incorrect. For your topic, also
include how you configured your Outlook Address Book settings.
