I need a macro to do the tools, options, calendar options, time zone, swap
time zones function.

Would like to know if it's as simple as putting in some code (which is

what
I need help with here) and then putting the button up from view, toolbars,
customize. Also, is there a way to make an associated shortcut key as

well
with the macro, in case I am not on mouse at that moment (I use keyboard
extensively).

Thanks much.
