I am using outlook 2003.

I am trying to format calendar outputs for my organizer. When I do a one
page per month output I don't get the notes for each entry. I can get the
notes using a memo output but then I get a lot of extra pages. Is there a
way I can get a one page per month output and then another page of only the
notes associated with that month.

I have a similar problem with printing address books entries. I use the two
pages per sheet output and get the contact information but not all the notes
associated with the contact. Is there a way to get the complete note
information other than using the memo output which is too verbose.

Is there a way using work that I can make a custom output. I have looked at
mail merge as a possibility but I can figure out a way to not have a mail
merge form line print if the following merge field is blank which again adds
a number of extra lines to each entry.

Finally is there a calendaring and contacts/address book package on the
market that has better formatting capabilites that I could export my outlook
information to to use to get the formated output I desire.
