I have Outlook 2003, messages set to HTML format. Any help would be GREATLY
appreciated.

If everybody is on the same Exchange server, there should be no problem, if you
bound your controls to fields.

You also want to be sure that the message is sent using the TNEF wrapper. This
is controlled by setting the form to always send in rtf format. You do this by
opening the contact form of the recipient, either yourself or the person who
you are testing with, selecting the email address you are using, right-clicking
it, choose properties, and then on the email format drop-down list, choose rtf
format. Do this for everybody who should receive the custom form.
