Default I need a rule to MOVE messages instead of COPYING them; can anybody help?

Pete:

For what it's worth, I had much the same kind of issues as you, and what I did
was buy Nelson E-mail Organizer -- http://www.emailorganizer.com (best $35 I
ever spent).

Then I constructed rules for each type of mail, in-coming and out-going, to file
them *upon receipt*, not leaving them in the Inbox or Sent ...

This is possible because you tell NEO which *folders* matter, and they then
"show up" as Active, which then, with one keystroke, can be tucked away when you
are finished with them.

Give it a try. It could be just what you're after.

Regards,
Chuck

Yes, each unread msg will be in a different folder.

Thanx Schulkin, but this is not the way I would like to manage my emails; I
want them in my inbox, unread, and I want them moved to different folders
only when I've read them. But I really appreciate your help, thanks
again:-).
