Default I can't send emails to my distribution lists - there is not an opt

Go to Tools | Email Accounts. Choose Add a new directory or address book.
Click next, choose additional address book, next, choose Outlook address
book, next. Close and reopen Outlook, you should see it when you click the
To button.
