I could not find enough info how to figure out the client name and how to
enter it

The client name is the name that you created on the Server in the PSF
Server.

If you wouldn´t delete the user that was creaed by the software you could
use on the client site:

User: Demo
Password:

No password

This is also written in the manual,, but the best way is to ask the question
on the developers forum. ;-)

I have installed the client and the server. But when I want to enter the

server or not. I use Windoes XP and Outlook 2002, only one copmuter has
