Default Contact / Address book

Please answer the question included in the post you made. Most likely you do
not have a "personal address file" (whatever you mean by that). Are you
saying you have a data file from another installation of Outlook? If so, the
file you need is your Personal Folders file (*.pst) It's where all the mail,
calendar, contacts etc are stored.

Take a look at these pages for info on Outlook data backup or transfer:

I can find how to import my personal address file, but then Outlook asks
me
to "browse" for that file. I can't find it? Where is it? How do I find
it?
Please help. Thanks!

I am using Outlook 2003. No its from Outlook.

We need some more information. What version of Outlook? What kind of
address
book file do you have -- is it from another program? Outlook hasn't
used a
separate address book since the very early days.
