Outlook Banter - View Single Post - How do I put a notifacation icon in the taskbar in Outlook 2002?

on my desktop like they do in Palme Desktop like when I have an

Outlook has reminders already - do they not work when you set up
appointments or tasks? Remember, Outlook has to be running at the time....
