It does, but I want it to do it like palm desktop does, where there is always
an icon in the taskbar and you can get reminder notifacations even when the
program isn't open. Thanks

Outlook has reminders already - do they not work when you set up
appointments or tasks? Remember, Outlook has to be running at the time....
