Default Export/Import a single .dbx file?

See the last paragraph on this page to import an individual dbx file:
www.oehelp.com/backup.aspx

You can't print the contents of the file without first opening it in OE.
You could then use my OETool program (free www.oehelp.com/OETool/) and the
View Header List button to generate a CSV or HTM file from the message list
of that folder.

For reasons I don't understand, and don't concern my
question, I have lost a small .dbx file. That file exists
on a back-up disk which holds all my .dbx files which I
exported to it a month or so ago. Now I'd like to import
that missing .dbx file from my back-up disk into my mail
storage place on my computer, so that I can then read the
5-10 messages in that file. I don't need to do anything
with the several hundred other .dbx files on that back-up
disk.

Alternatively, I'd like to print the .dbx file from the
back-up disk so that I have the information contained in
that .dbx file easily available.

Suggestions appreciated.
