What happens when you try to send? Any error messages? (Please post them in
their entirety). Do sent messages show in the Sent Items folder? Is your
anti-virus program set to scan e-mail? Turn it off.

Windows Version?
OE Version? OE | Help | About. What numbers show for msoe.dll?

Any other info you can provide world be helpful.
