Default How can I create a meeting that can have multiple times?

No, you will need to create the meetings separately, save them to a file and insert them into a mail message that instructs the recipients to select one (or more) of the meetings to accept.

Post all replies to the group to keep the discussion intact. All
unsolicited mail sent to my personal account will be deleted without
reading.

After furious head scratching, frmrowu asked:

| I want to set up a training session that involves the same
| information but would allow for staff to choose the best time for
| them from multiple times. I want to be able to combine the ability to
| chose, like voting buttons in email, and to have the meeting requests
| show on their calendar. Can Outlook do that?
