Not an Outlook problem. Try posting to a forum that addresses files uploads, perhaps a FrontPage one or one of the alt.xxx groups.

After furious head scratching, Reactor asked:

| This is all well and good, but how do I compress the pictures in a
| similar manner without emailing them? I need to post a bunch of pix
| to a web site with limited space and bandwidth so I want to keep them
| small but not post a bunch of rar or zip files.
