Yes the Message Class still exists. It is the same for all of the forms in
the Org forms library.


This doesn't make sense. Each form published to the Organizational Forms library would have its own unique MessageClass.

The folders are located on the Exchange server in the public folders. There
is a folder for the form to submit to and a subfolder for them to drag the
completed forms to.
