Default Forwarding a copy of a form from a Public Folder to a user's inbox

Have you tried publishing the form directly to the user's Inbox, rather than using the Manage Forms dialog?

What mechanism makes the copy? We still need to know where the form is published.

The form is published to the public folder. In order for the end users
to be able to view the copy in their mailboxes, the form was also set up
using the Forms tab - Manage button within the Properties of their
Inbox folder.

The copy was originally made by an option on the Public Folder that was
in the Properties - Administration tab - Folder Assistant button. It
was set up as a rule. I was almost sure that there was an option for
copying the form in the rule- however it seems to be missing now since
we upgraded. I believe it was a pull-down option for the Forwarding
Method. None of the 3 options currently there produce the result that
we had before the upgrade.
