Have you enabled the BCM contacts folder as an address book (if you can)?

Also, in the option to select an address book, Contacts shows up
twice. One is legitimate with info, the other is completely empty. How do
I get rid of the empty one? There are not two Contact "adress
books" in outlook, only the valid one.
Click ToolsE-mail AccountsView or change existing directories or address
booksNext. Select the Outlook Address Book, click Change, and remove the
invalid reference there.
