Problem resolved by deleting contacts in original Contacts Folder and then
moving desired contacts with categories into that folder, then deleting
Contacts with Categories. So now there is only one contacts folder which is
linked into email. There should be an option however when you link the
contact folder to the "to" function that asks if you also want to link that
folder to the ability to add to the contact data base.
