Default subfolders missing

Importing is never the correct way to transfer Outlook data. It is, however,
the correct way to lose data and connections.
If you are lucky, all you have lost is connections, not data. Make sure you
connect each Contact Folder to the Outlook Address Book Service by setting
each as an email address book in its properties.
Next time just open the PST file and use it. Don't import from it. PST is
Outlook's native file format. You have no need to convert it. When you
transfer Word documents, you don't import them, do you?

I have imported all the contact folder and its subfolders from a pst file.
All the infomration are on my new computer now, I can access all my
contacts,
but when I am creating a new e-mail, and click on "to" buttom it appears
only
the main folder "contacts" and the subfolders not, can you help me. I need
to
access these subfolders from the e-mail.
Also, when I am crating a Distribution list, I can not access the
subfolders. I am able only to acces trough the contacts menu
