Default Mail Box size

Hello,

Can I ask if there is a way of finding this out without visiting the PC? We
have to move 100+ users to a new building and need to know how big their
mailboxes are (which are stored on local drives). We're not using Exchange.

Thanks,

Post all replies to the group to keep the discussion intact. All
unsolicited mail sent to my personal account will be deleted without
reading.

After furious head scratching, rexmann asked:

| I am using MS outlook 2003 and Exchange server. Is there a way of
| determining how much space my mailbox is taking? (not just individual
| items but a total for all mail). We have a set space we can use and I
| want to know how much I have left or at least how much I have used.

| Any help greatly appreciated
