Default two copies of Outlook

Set your computers to leave a copy of mail on the server so all your
messages will be available for download by both machines. Set one of the
machines to remove mail from the server after (xx) days so that it doesn't
pile up.

I have a main computer at home with outlook on it. But I am alaways away

with
my laptop. I have to close the home computer to get emails or they go

there.
When I get home I have most emails on the home computer and the ones while

I
am away on the laptop.
How can I get them all on both ?All the time?
