Hello all:

I am hoping someone will have suggestions for something being
experienced with my parents PC. I will describe this as best I can
since I have not see it for myself and I am getting descriptions
from very, very, novice users.

My parents have Win2k Pro. Each one has their own login account,
and their own email account. My mother's IE and OE work fine. My
father can launch IE fine. However, when he launches OE, it starts
as though the Identity setup has been lost. When I try and guide
him thru selecting Managing Identity, and have him choose New, the
setup does not save.

I am wondering what might have effected this, and also wondering
what might be done to correct this. Please let me know. Any
suggestions will be appreciated. Thank you.
