I am receiving a "Not Implemented" error message when I attempt to receive my
emails in outlook 2007.

When I ran the diagnostic it said I had a conflict with an older version of
outlook which I removed and rebooted but I am still unable to open my emails
and send or receive emails as I get the "Not Implemented" error message
immediately.
