When I first "launch" Outlook, I can see the send/receive button, then it
disappears when Outlook is completely open. I think the problem is the new
account I am trying to set up, and/or the fact that Outlook Express is still
my default mail. I get an error message in Outlook after I have set up the
account that says the e-mail field is wrong, and I don't understand why.
Shuld my new account have a different user name and e-mail address, or should
it be the same? I don't believe I have set up the new account correctly,
and that is why the send/receive button "disappears". I asked Verizon to
help me yesterday, but that was a joke -- all they did was make it so I had
to reconfigure Outlook Express!!
