Default oexp can't start because it can't read message store

Problem solved!
I had an old store in the new location which confused oexp. I use regedit to
change the store back to the default location, remove the old store and
followed your advice to change it to the new location. It worked.

How did you change the location of your store?

Where is it located now (e.g., a removable drive) and where had it been
located?

Where does MSIMN.EXE reside?
