Milly thanks for the reply. I don't see this option setting specifically.
Under the Options section, I selected Calendar Options. Is it part of the
Planner Options button. That button shows two sections, Meeting Planner and
Group Schedule. Which of these check boxes controls whether a clock is
represented or not? Is it controlled by the person who set up the group
calendar?
