Default Cancel a meeting resource without sending update to all

No, but have you checked the resource to see if it has been cancelled? (what versions of Outlook and Exchange are we using here, by the way?)

Post all replies to the group to keep the discussion intact. All
unsolicited mail sent to my personal account will be deleted without
reading.

After furious head scratching, sitkacat asked:
