Default how do I resize the menus in the E-mail accounts to see the whole
I am unable to see the whole page and thus unable to get to the more settings
button to then get to the advance settings area when changing the smtp
settings I am seeing less than half of the menu and there seems to be no way
to resize or move in the floating menu/window
