Default password problems

I would delete the identity via the registry since you can't get in to OE
and then create a new one. Backup everything you can first:

Backup & Resto

Navigate to the key for the identity you are having problems with

1.. In Regedit, navigate to this key:

|--HKEY_CURRENT_USER
|-----Identities
|--------{GUID}

Delete the GUID for the problem identity and restart your computer. You
should be able to open OE and set up a new identity now as per the settings
your ISP provides.

Hi all

I have tried everything to fix this problem. To date I havent been
able to use OE for over three months which is a real pain. Everytime I
try to log on to OE it ask for my email and password. Even though
password and email are saved and I click ok to start using it and it
goes into a repetative cycle of asking for my info. Then when I click on
cancel it says error please erenter your username and password. But my
info has always been correct.......How do I fix this or uninstall it and
put it back. Also I just installed the new IE7 I assume the full version
which just came out so I am up to date.......
