Default multi users in outlook

Any reason the extra accounts couldn't be for separate users???

That is how one sets up multiple accounts, however, the OP is asking about
multiple users.

Post all replies to the group to keep the discussion intact. All
unsolicited mail sent to my personal account will be deleted without
reading.

After furious head scratching, BK asked:

| Yes you can. The first step is to "add" the additional accounts
| making sure to enter all the pertinent information like user name,
| email address, incoming and outgoing server information, reply to
| address, etc. Make sure to indicate all the accounts from which mail
| is to be received when opening Outlook. Use "rules" to send the
| incoming mail to different inbox folders.
|
| To send an email from a specific user, click on "new message" and
| click the "account" button to select the account from which the
| message should be sent.
|
| If you need more specific information, please indicate which version
| of Outlook you are using.
