I would set up new Identities. First make sure no antispam software is
running that interferes with OE and also turn off any email scanning of
antivirus software (see
www.oehelp.com/OETips.aspx#3). Once those work
okay, then import from the other Identities and if that works okay, then
backup and then delete the old identities.
Also check for spyware.
