Default Locating Signature file

What you need to do is
- Create a simple text file with any text in it. Use Notepad
- Then in OE specify that file as your signature.
- Then tell quipsig to use that file.

I don't know if the program is compatible with OE, but you should be
able to find out by doing the above.

Thanks for your answer, however the problem is that quipsig wants the
location of the file during the install process-and there is no file
that
corresponds to the request.......this comes up in a search, but when I
try to
browse for it in the Quipsig window during install it is not
there..........what am I missing here? thanks
again...................B

OE supports 2 types of signatures:

1) TEXT which is stored in the registry
2) External FILE of your choosing.

You are going to want to use the second option. Look at Tools,
Options, Signatures.
