What you need to do is
- Create a simple text file with any text in it. Use Notepad
- Then in OE specify that file as your signature.
- Then tell quipsig to use that file.
I don't know if the program is compatible with OE, but you should be
able to find out by doing the above.

You are going to want to use the second option. Look at Tools,
Options, Signatures.
