Yes, the server has enough space. I don't know if there are any quotas
imposed. To our knowledge, no.

It very well may be a space issue since we have archived almost every email
since 2002 in the archive folder.
Properties of the archive folder:
size 1.03 GB
size on disk 1.03 GB
I thought maybe it was full because of the amount of information stored. I
tried to create a new folder but it's not archiving to that new folder
