Default Attendee can move a meeting with mouse without owner's permission

When a person, let's say a team leader, put a meeting to the calendar ofhis
team,
the attendees should not be able to move the meeting around. At least, it
should
ask to notice the owner or not.

If, by mistake, someone move an important meeting without notice, it is a
problem.

Anyway, if a boss put a meeting in your calendar, you should refuse instead of
deleting it. If the date and time is not good, that should notice the boss
(owner)
that you want a date/time change...
