Default address book retrieval

Microsoft Outlook stores names/email address in the contacts folder (same
file as your e-mail) or in a file with a *.PAB extension. Do you have items
in your contact folder? If yes, is the Outlook Address Book service loaded?
(See Tools Email Accounts View/Change directories and address books.
This is the same place you would add the "Personal Address Book" if items
where stored in a file with a .PAB extension.)

By the way, steps above are for Outlook 2002/2003.
