I am trying to upgrade from Office 2000 Small Business to Office Standard
Edition 2003. Outlook "About Outlook" says it is Outlook 2003 but it has a
welcoming message indicating it is 2000. Cannot get updates or receive/send
email. Are these programs incompatible? What do I do? Thanks for any help
