Vonage Click2Call

I use Outlook 2002 on XP Home. I added the Add-In "Click-2-Call" from
Vonage. It work great except that I keep getting the error message "
Microsoft Outlook has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are
sorry etc, etc. How do I correct this problem? Vonage says I need to
uninstall and reinstall Outlook. I have the Office Suite and I'm not sure I
want do that. I don't think I can uninstall just Outlook without unistall
the rest of the suite (Excell, Word, etc.). Any suggestions?

did you try detect and repair? (it has the same effect as
uninstall/reinstall but is faster)

Yes I tried the Detect & Repair. I also uninstalled Office XP and
reinstalled. I still have the problem. Seems I have some registry problems.
Vonage suggests that I buy a Registry fix program. I have Norton
SystemWorks 2003 and it shows registry errors but it won't fix them. What do
you think?
