Spam Filter for Outlook v10

Good morning.

I am running Microsoft Outlook v10 on Windows XP Pro SP2. I wanted to know
if there are any Microsoft add-ins that allow me to filter my incoming e-mail
for spam? I checked Microsoft's site and it seems to me that this is only
available in Outlook 2003 and subsequent versions.

If there is no add-in available from Microsoft, is there a decent free
program available that is integrated right in with Outlook to filter spam? I
do not want to use a standalone software. I want it integrated.

Here are a few I have found. Please let me know if any are effective, safe
and reliable or if there's something else you can suggest.

Spam Reader http://www.spam-reader.com/
Polesoft http://www.polesoft.com/
ChoiceMail http://www.digiportal.com/
Spamato http://www.spamato.net/
Spam Arrow http://www.spamarrow.com/index.html
Spam Filter Express http://www.spam-filter-express.com/index.html

Thanks.

I've heard others say good things about
http://spambayes.sourceforge.net/windows.html. Never tried it, so I can't
comment on it.
