Hello i would like to know if someone of you knows an addin that can create folder if it match the filter let s say i recevie an emali with the subject as "Outlook 2234" It will create a folder called 2234 Thanks I'm not sure if any work on the subject, but there are add-ins that will do that based on the sender's address. See http://www.slipstick.com/addins/auto.asp. FWIW, I think moving mail to folders created for each email address is a bad idea and making folders for each subject is an even worse idea. Use the tools (views, search folders, categories) in Outlook to manage your mail and you won't need more than a handful of folders. -- Diane Poremsky [MVP - Outlook] Outlook Tips: http://www.outlook-tips.net/ Outlook & Exchange Solutions Center: http://www.slipstick.com Outlook Tips by email: EMO - a weekly newsletter about Outlook and Exchange: |
