Add Outlook Account

Hi,
I want to add a IMAP account by code.
I saw in redemption that there is a object Account but I didn't see the .Add
function.
Is it possible to do it?

Add Outlook Account

MS did not document the parts of the (recently documented)
IOlkAccountManager API required to add new accounts.
